'Bees will buzz, and kids will blow dandelion fuzz, and I'll be doing whatever snow does in summer.... ' I feel like Olaf's summer song is our theme song this season. In June we were still wearing pants, and sweaters/jackets, and just when I thought I would never feel warm weather, July came and so did 70+ degrees!! We have had a great summer, spending many days outside, (despite my photos, we have had many sunny days!) enjoying the north sea, throwing rocks, exploring the opposite coast of Scotland, the park, many ice cream cones, fish and chips, water hose, lunch outside, and yes, a bit of bragging on Facebook about this awesome 'warm' weather we have. If it's not raining, when Jason gets home from work, he eats and heads outside with the boys until bedtime, playing on the trampoline and swings, kicking the ball, and rigging up a little t-ball set for the boys. School starts in a few weeks for Noah, right when baby brother is due, so we are soaking up this sweet time with just Noah and Asher, and all Scotland has to offer!
